Re: Cedar Backup v2.12.0 Released

There is a minor bug in 2.12.0: the stage indicator doesn't get written
properly.  I refactored some code and called the new function
incorrectly in one place.  This is benign; you'll get an error message,
but it doesn't have any other effects.

The fix will appear in the next release -- hopefully soon.
