Updates to Cedar Solutions BTS

I've finished going through old emails, and I've entered into Bugzilla
all of the enhancements that I think are outstanding.  I also entered in
(and closed) the two bugs that I have fixed recently, just for
completeness.

Please feel free to add comments to these existing bugs, or submit other
enhancement requests or bug reports:

Currently, there are seven bugs open.  Many of these bugs are fixed in
the 2.0 release that's been sittting, half-finished, in revision control
for most of a year now.  I will eventually release 2.0, but time has
been fairly tight this year, sorry.
