You don't say how you're mapping the drive.  However, it will presumably
exist as a path on your filesystem, maybe something like /windows or
/nfs/windows or /samba/windows.  If that's the case, Cedar Backup can't
really tell it apart from any other directory on your Linux box (and in
fact, that's the point).  Just configure Cedar Backup to use a collect
directory or staging directory somewhere in that mapped filesystem.

If this is not the information you're looking for, or it sounds like I'm
not understanding your question, you're going to need to give me some
more concrete information about your setup.  Or, make a guess about what
to do and report what works and what doesn't.
